Policies

Client Assessment

Before I can agree to work with any animal, especially dogs, I must meet them. After you contact me, we will schedule a "meet and greet" in your home, so that I can assess your pet and make sure that we are a good fit!

Scheduling

Clients may request specific times or time-frames (i.e. 12pm-3pm or 4pm-6pm), but please note that the more specific your request, the less likely that I will be able to guarantee availability. Services will begin within ±15 minutes of the agreed upon time or time frame. 

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If your plans change and you need to cancel or reschedule a service,  please contact me as soon as possible. In order to guarantee a full refund, you must contact me 24 hours before the service is scheduled. Any cancellation or rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before will only be refunded if your reservation can be filled. If your reservation cannot be filled by another booking or you fail to notify me of the cancellation prior to the time of the Service, payment will still be due.

Holiday Hours

I am available and happy to help on most holidays; however, I do charge holiday rates on these days. Holiday rates are regular pricing + 50%, except Christmas day which is double regular pricing.

Holiday rates apply to the following dates:
New Year's (December 31, 2018-January 1, 2019)
Easter (April 19-21, 2019)
Memorial Day (May 26-28, 2018)
Fourth of July Weekend (June 30-July 1, 2018)

Thanksgiving (November 21-22, 2018)

Christmas (December 23-26, 2018)

Payment

I accept cash, personal checks made payable to Bryn and Friends Pet Care LLC, and e-payments through Square Cash. Payment is due at the time of Service, unless previously discussed.
